Their HR and recruitment team is very professional and very organized. I met the recruiter at an on-campus job fair where they collected resumes. After that they contacted me directly via email and asked if I was still interested in the position. An interview was scheduled at one of their local restaurants. The process is very thorough. It's usually 3 interviews and one day spent working in one of their restaurants (the 3rd interview is on this day). They ask every question you could ever imagine during an interview. A lot of situational questions regarding leadership, conflict resolution and critical thinking.
