The position was advertised as a Logistics Specialist role; however, both the tasks and the case study exercises were entirely focused on data analysis, which did not align with the job description. Despite explaining my experience and how I applied my knowledge to resolve past challenges, the manager stated that my approach was not the best in his opinion. However, it was unclear why this was criticized so definitively, considering he was not involved in those situations. Additionally, despite being promised feedback regardless of the outcome, I never received any response. I followed up multiple times via email, but there was no reply. I invested both time and money to attend two in-person interview rounds. The lack of any follow-up communication reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism and respect for candidates.
