The interview process took few weeks; I applied online for the commercial track with special focus on Finance CV + cover letter. Two days later I was invited to complete a video interview, where they asked questions on motivation, previous experience, weaknesses, and examples leadrship skills. One week later I was invited for a Skype interview with a business case. The inteview lasted 2h 30m with 1 hour for the case preparation, 10 min of presentation and 1h 20m of interview questions. I interviewed with HR and hiring Manager and I did not have a positive impression. The business case was a mess; 30 pages to read in 1h with little instruction on the objective. While I was presenting the hiring Manager was clearly bored and was hurring me to conclude; overall they didn't find my solution good enough. The interview process afterwards focused mainly on what I expected from the program and why I chose Finance. Both HR and Manager concluded I wasn't the best fit for the position because I didn't have a clear idea of what the job would be like on a daily basis (even though the Outperformer Program description didn't go into these details) and they could not see similar experiences in my CV.
