The application process was split into two interviews. First: Interview with the head of department. Second: Interview with the responsible HR person. Everyone involved in the application process was very friendly and created a very pleasant and personal atmosphere in both interviews. What is pleasing is how important teamwork and the associated skills are at Hilti. I was well informed about all steps of the application process and received feedback on questions and the interviews within a very short time.
