The interview process was structured but very approachable — they asked me about my projects, technical concepts, and some behavioral questions, but they were patient, kind, and gave me space even when I was nervous.

You do the interview online, they send you an email on week before the interview and then they start with the questions. When you do the interview there are only technical people, not HR.
