Pretty simple process overall, a phone screen, followed by a personality/work habits exercise using games (pretty cool actually). From there, interview with 2 regional managers, then an interview with the district manager. Pretty generic "tell me about a time..." questions. If you've had any account management or upper level sales experience from any industry and can explain your impact, it should be a slam dunk.

Question 1
tell me about a time you disagreed with upper management. what was the situation, how did you handle it, and what was the result
I interviewed at Hilti North America (Savannah, GA)
Interview
Process was great. Recruiter reached out and did initial screening. I had second interview with the area manager who really did a good job getting to know me and passed me on to the final stage interview with the regional manager. I didn’t get the job, but overall it was a great process with the processes, clarity and honesty you’d expect from a good company.

Question 1
What is the most difficult thing you’ve ever faced and how did you get through it?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hilti North America (Grand Rapids, MI) in Oct 2025
Interview
Phone screen with a Hilti-employed recruiter, interviewed with the regional manager, and a final interview with the director of the territory. My interview with the regional manager lasted almost an hour and a half, but I'm not sure if that is the norm.
I interviewed at Hilti North America (New York, NY)
Interview
I had 3 interviews. Interviews lasted about 30 min each. Many STAR questions. Nothing too hard if you are prepared to answer those type of questions. Offer came in around 2 weeks after last interview
