I went to banquet job fair and interviewed directly with hiring manager. it was so cozy and questions are based on my resume in addition experience and behavioral question. it took about 30 mins and i got return call from HR team next day.

Email response, phone screening,text from manager Kai, 2 manager interview. Then a email. I’m surprised that I wasn’t hired. I have experience, and was hired the first time in 2023. Since it was an on-call position, he had to have at least one or two shifts every three months and I let it lapse, which is my bad.
