Video Interview to be completed by a certain day and time, together with two game assessments. There were 10 questions and had 2 chances for recording answers. The questions were pre-recorded and there were 30sec to think of what you're going to say.

Mostly Competency-Based Questions like "Tell me about a time when..."
it consisted of 5 steps that took place during 7 months (too long recruiting process). The first steps consisted in SHL tests and video recorded interviews, then an interview with a general manager and finally the assessment center that was two days long in a foreign country.
