I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Hilton

online test, answer questions online on camera, interview with a GM. very lengthy process and I did not even get a rejection letter. After many follow up emails, HR called to tell me that I was not accepted.
I applied online and completed passed situational behaviour assessment with the application. On passing the situational judgement I got an invite to complete numerical and verbal reasoning tests. On passing those tests I was further invited to complete a video interview for the position at the European Elevator Programme.
