Interview
Overall really confusing. I attended the interview it took about 20 minutes to work out or find out who was interviewing me which was different to who was originally supposed to. I was then interviewed and weirdly it felt like the job was being sold to me rather than me attempting to sell myself I was asked about 3 questions in total all which resulted back to the interviewer trying to sell the benefits of the job. Either way that part went well then I was introduced to someone else but who was in HR which was really confusing because once again they didn’t really ask me much just kept pestering me that it will cost for me to travel to work however I told them I’ve figured that all out and pre arranged situations but they still kept pushing. Either way they both looked at each other and said they were happy and seem quite content to the point I thought I got the job. They then wanted the GM to meet but he was unavailable. I was told I would receive a call in a couple of days or contacted via email. They have not contacted me by any means not even to reject. Weirdly as well to note when I looked at my cv when they were interviewing me (they had printed it) ‘perfectionist’ was pre-written on the cv. That made me slightly uncomfortable as that could be taken as negative/positive and was most definitely not something I was supposed to see. Judgement was placed before I got there! Which I made me quite nervous.

Question 1
Time you had a difficult customer? Cost of travel? That’s about it…
Pessimo colloquio non mi ha lasciato parlare e ha tratto le sue conclusioni non permettendomi di parlare e facendomi perdere tempo . Deludente . Non me lo aspettavo da una catena così importante
Easy. Asked basic questions and stuff I did in the application, interviewer was lovely but seemed rushed, so had a shorter interview. But got the job, so can't complain. Just now filling in the blanks so yeah.
Tutto molto tranquillo e bello mi sono trovato bene niente da dire comunque apposto così stimolante dinamico si cresce si può crescere ed è questo che conta efes tutto davvero molto bellissimo
