Phone screening, one interview with department management, and one additional interview with the leader of whatever area you are working in. I felt pretty connected until the end where I ultimately heard nothing.

Very quick response from hiring manager and interview scheduled a days later. I received detailed instructions on parking, etc which was helpful. Interviewers were on time and made me feel welcome.

Interview
It was a video interview using HireVue. It was pretty cool...my first time doing one. They let you do it on your own time. It's 10 questions... 5 which are essay questions and 5 video questions which you record your answer. You get 30 secs to prepare than 3 minutes to answer. The whole thing took about 30 minutes if that.
