First Phone call and then 1:1 interview with the Account Management team Lead and Hr, process was smooth , it was behavioural based interview (STAR format) .
Interview was great and ended up nicely , but they will find some or the other reason to not select.

Tell me situation when you have to give a bad news to a customer and how you handled that
strength and weakness
Was too good. 3 rounds totally. Completed within 1 week. Got the feedback as soon as possible. Hr was very much proactive. Got the offer immediately after selected in 3rd round.

Interview
Multiple phone interviews with the recruiter, hiring manager and peers. Final step was in-person interview. Team is interested in your qualifications and also your ability to integrate with the team.
