I applied online, the hiring manager at the time called me up and asked me some basic computer science and programming questions. After that, I visited their on-site office in Seattle. I had a half day interview with all the people I was going to work with. We have a decent conversations and technical questions and I was able to gauge their business models and processes, while they also gauged my technical skills.
