Hoge Fenton interview questions

Terrible process. Takes weeks to follow-up. The company culture is lacking and it generally seemed like a terrible place to work. Very disappointed since the firm claims to be the top in SJ.

Very fast, as if to seem to procrastinate to the last minute. Initially interviewed for a part-time position that didn't require experience and provided training; then it changed that they wanted experience. Next was interviewed for a full-time position; within a week, started the job. Told them when exactly I could start; they wanted me to start sooner than this, so I had move things around. It seemed very desperate on the firm's part.
