Two phone interviews, one with a Lafarge general HR Manager and one with the manager I would be working with. Got a verbal offer for the position and was ghosted shortly after. Three emails over the course of 3 months led to no reply.

It was a long interview process because many of the folks on the panel were remote. I believe I had 4 phone interviews with various HR and hiring managers, and 2 face to face in the same day with the team leader and another HR member. However once the interviews were complete, the offer and hiring process went quickly.
