Three stage process: initial interview with HR rep, then spoke to team members, finally a technical interview where I was asked to optimise some three.js code. I was then ghosted, receiving neither an offer nor a rejection. My requests for feed back were also ignored. The process was fine, but the ghosting is very unprofessional.
