Interview
Firstly you apply online, a member of the Talent Acquisition team then called to discuss the role and any relevant experience I had. From here a face-to-face interview was arranged and then feedback/offers were made three days later.

Questions were standard competency based questions, a lot were based on key points on my CV and also about how I would deal with particular situations relating to the role.
