Interview
They uses a very thorough interview style, can be very intimidating at times but being honest and trying to remember random details from your whole life is your best bet for doing well. Be prepared to recount what you did in the 5th grade and how it makes you a better employee now. I understand the nature of this type of interview, but didn't feel it was needed for type of role in the company.

Interview
Applied for the position and it took a few weeks for them to reach out requesting a phone interview . I was asked 5 questions, I answered them thoroughly but was always asked if that was all I had to say . Seemed like they were looking for some very specific answers . I was also told if I moved forward in the interview process I would need to reserve 3 hours for an in person interview .

Interview
I was asked to interview on the phone. The call was a screening where the CEO wanted to ask 5 questions. The process took me aback since interviews are usually a 2-way street. When it was finally revealed that he had only 12 employees, I quickly saw that as a bad sign since his company has been in business for around 15 years. When he asked what my desired salary was, I gave him a number he probably couldn't afford. I sent a thank you note and was quickly notified that I would not be considered for the next step. I think I dodged a bullet so I was happy to move on.
