I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Homebot (Denver, CO) in Feb 2025
Interview
Received a call almost immediately for an interview. It went well and was moved into the next round, Second round went amazing and then I was ghosted with 0 follow through. 6 months later I got a rejection letter which was incredibly distasteful and careless. This company has 0 ideas how to recruit talent and seems incredibly lazy.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you had to work with a challenging account?
It was fairly straight forward however the hiring manager and I did not get along very well. The pay seemed good and they talk a lot about culture, but overall it wasn't for me
Interview process consisted of answering questions through one-sided video recordings which took hours to complete. VP of People Ops felt like one round of answering 5+ video questions wasn't enough and asked candidates to complete another round of questions that had nothing to do with the requirements of the role. After receiving a generic rejection email, asked VP of People Ops for feedback and received no response.
