Interview
The process was straightforward, with an expectation of an answer in the STAR method. It was a speed interview with only 30 minutes and asked a total of 4 questions. The last question they asked was also the strongest one: Why should we hire you for this position?

Explain the most technical project I've worked on.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Honda (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2022
Interview
Was a long 1-hour interview, that combined both technical and behavioral questions. Behavioral lasted approximately 30 minutes while technical was 25 minutes. The same group of people asked both sets of questions.

They prepared a presentation of technical questions (a total of 3) and had an interactive PowerPoint so the questions could be solved.

Interview
Overall process wasn’t too bad and the people I met in interviews seemed prepared and gave me a good idea of the company culture. I expected to be quizzed more but this was also a first internship interview.
