The process began with a 10 minute phone screen with a recruiter from the company. After about a week and a half, I received an invite for a virtual interview with a panel of designers from their UX team. This was an hour-long interview where they asked questions about my experience and why I wanted to work for the company.

First interview was phone interview. Second was over over zoom for an hour with department leads. Questionnaire was filled out beforehand over past experience and how theoretical situations should be handled.
