They called me from a recruitment centre located in Dubai. It took about half an hour and it was like a pre-interview process. Questions were mainly based on my past experiences, current benefits and salary.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Honeywell (Sacramento, CA)
Interview
I was interviewed by several executives, included the President, Technical Manager, Sales Director and HR Manager. Tests included techical knowledge, commercial skills, language proficiency, and personality survey. The first interview was over the telephone, by the current sales director for Latin America. The main interview was in person, in California.

Interview
The interview process was generally structured. The first few rounds were Informally conducted with phone screenings, phone interviews and face-to-face interviews till the later stages where it became relatively more formal and structured. The HR staff from the firm were very responsive. Email replies tend to occur within the same day. The interviewers were friendly and amicable. Thoroughly enjoyed the interview.
