The process started with recruiter contacting me because of my LinkedIn profile. My first interview was with the recruiting coordinator (phone interview), and the onsite interview followed shortly after that. The first onsite interview was shorter, I was interviewed with 3 persons.
The full day interview had in addition to several pair interviews, portfolio presentation and a problem solving task. Problem solving task presented a scenario and use case, that required solving. The candidate could approach the problem in way s/he wanted.
The team members interviewing during the process were very professional. They apparently had received some guidelines on how to make the behavioral questions, asked follow up questions and took notes during the interview. Honeywell people were not only interested in my professional skills, but also how I love spending my free time.
There was a good balance between the questions asked from me, and time for me to ask questions. I got impression that the responses to my questions were very open and honest.
