I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Honeywell (Coimbatore) in Oct 2011
Interview
It was an on campus interview. Had four rounds of technical interview followed by one HR interview. Questions were fairly medium. It is across all subject areas to test your knowledge. They asked questions on Pointers, Data structures, Digital design, Control theory, etc as I also from ECE back ground. As the round progresses the difficulty of the question increases.

The interview process consisted of multiple rounds. It started with an online coding assessment to evaluate problem-solving and programming skills. Candidates who cleared the assessment proceeded to the technical interview, where questions were asked on Data Structures and Algorithms, programming concepts, and project experience. This was followed by an HR discussion focusing on communication skills, teamwork, and career goals. Throughout the process, the interviewers were professional and supportive, and the experience provided a good opportunity to showcase both technical and interpersonal skills.
