To trial then phone enquiry and solve difficulty raised by the interviewer. Also, ask if you couldn't manage your emotions calmly when customers complained non stop. Lastly ask if you do mind to make cold call for sales promotion.
interview is easy and focusing on job related questions such as self introduction, why choose icable, any challenges clients did you faced before. whole recruitment process takes around 2 weeks.
