You meet with a mix of VPs and manager who all ask you similar questions. I actually sat down with the Group Vice President which was very impressive. The company is very intimate when it comes to hiring its employees. They definitely have a company culture. You have lunch with the National Sales Manager as well.

Found on the internet and applied through wed page. Was contacted for a phone interview and then flown to head quarters. 6 seperate interviews with top people. Overall typical interview stuff. Can be a bit intimidating but just be confident.

Found at career fair. Had one phone interview and a final interview at their headquarters in Austin, MN. Interviewed there with 4 different people including a VP. One is a lunch interview. Everyone is pretty friendly and easy to talk to.
