After applying to the position online, I was contacted three days later by a member of the recruiting team to schedule an interview within the upcoming week. The initial interview was with a recruiter to cover my background and qualifications for the job.

Interview
Flew me out to Austin, MN for a whole day of interviews. Very friendly. Interviewed consisted of three 1-1 conversations with respective upper management individuals for 45 minutes a piece. Then, got a tour of the flagship plant at their headquarters.

Multiple one on one interviews with a plant tour of the Austin plant. A lot of situational questions were asked throughout the different interviews. HR gave plenty of helpful information too.
