Interview
I applied online and got a phone interview about a week later. They asked many behavioral questions and questions focused around leadership examples. I got an invitation to visit the company headquarters about five days later and went to the company to have 1:1 interviews with management. Everyone was very friendly and inviting who i met with.

Interview
Talked for 10 minutes at a virtual career fair then scheduled and interview for the following morning. Had to apply online beforehand. 5 days later I got the news that I would not be advancing in the process.

I went to their booth at the career fair and after applying online I got an email to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview I was offered to fly out to headquarters for more interviews and a plant tour.
