Very relax interview, didnt feel any pressure, there was no prior assessments or video questions I had to complete. I interviewed with 3 different people, corporate recruiter, Vice President of Engineering, Director of Engineering, and the Engineering Plant Manager

Typically three stage phone/video interview, Meet with a few different team members and discussed the job description. Walked through my resume and talked about my past experience. They keep in contact with me well I didn't feel like too much time passed in between emails and each phone call.
