It was simple questions like tell me about yourself and your hobbies. The manager also seemed comfortable with me and wanted to get to know me truly but she told me that she had more interviews to go through that week.
In person, seamless process. Met with the store manager at the mall food court. Loved the enthusiasm from the company. Everyone who works there believes in the mission of the company. They even offer vesting.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Hot Dog on a Stick (El Paso, TX) in Nov 2014
Interview
I asked for an application and was asked on the spot why I wanted to work there, I got a call a few days later for an interview. The interview consisted of actually doing the job, making lemonade, making a hot dog and passing out samples. You do get payed for the two hours you spent working.
