Applied on 11/11. Scheduled interview 2 weeks later. Received results a few days later. Panel interview style. Somewhat intense but very nice people. Questions were all accounting related and what youd bring to table.

First, I sent my resume to the person. They replied and we set up an interview for the same day. Interview was face-to-face. It took about 1 hour. Super friendly people. The two people interviewing were the accounting supervisor and an HR person. They explained the position and what the company does. Then they asked the questions. Then they asked me if I had any questions. At the end they went over the benefits the company offers. Then, they called me back for another interview with the CEO. I met with the CEO. He was super nice. I think the purpose of that interview was for him to meet me and to tell me a little bit more about what the organization is about.
