A recruiter found my resume on LinkedIn and sent me a email letter with proposal if I want to become an IT Solutions Architect. It was interesting for me and I accepted. The first interview with IT lead in China was via phone and it was nice. Good technical questions without any unless blah-blah... After that I must get an invitation from recruiter in Moscow to face-to-face interview at Huawei office. But! A recruiter called me via phone without introduce (just unknown female voice from the phone) and I just asked "could I ask for your name please?" After my question the recruiter hanged up with no answer! And after that I received a letter with rejection from HR. So, if you want to know a name of the unknown female voice in your phone and this voice belongs to Huawei HR by chance - you get a immidiate reject from Huawei's HR.
