At the first place human resources make the first filter we talk about general skills, then my team leader about more specific skills and task to perform and at the end chinesse boss (Mexico Supply Chain Manager) on my opinion was the hardest of the 3, I feel nervous but confident about my knowledge and habilities to achieve goals.

About Huawei role, actually Huawei is a very big Telecom company, it`s growing very fast but in Mexico has not this big impact yet and many people thought Huawei sells smartphones.

Okay at first but then a bunch of unpleasant private questions with 3 interviewers, felt weird and unwelcoming, no one smiled during the process. Too many rounds of interviews after that, with a lot of tests.

First you speak with HR then with Manager and Team Leader and at the end with Director but selection lasts two to three months. First you got an offer and contract with one year duration and you are employee of agency not Huawei directly.

Proceso muy rápido. La primera entrevista fue vía telefónica con Recursos Humanos y las siguientes 3 por videoconferencia. La segunda y tercera fueron con el equipo de trabajo y con quien sería tu jefe. La última es con el director del área.
