Then, they asked very open-ended questions about the theoretical argument touched position.
At the very end they asked if I had any questions. I asked what was the day-to-day like for this position. They told me that the main work loop would be:

- Build upon literature to design new approaches
- Discuss with group
- Implement

I applied for the position through the company's website. The hiring process included an initial phone call with HR, followed by a one-hour online technical interview that involved answering technical questions and completing a coding test in Python.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies (Dublin, Dublin) in Mar 2023
Interview
I was referred by a recruiter and was given an online interview with the team lead 2 weeks later. The interview took around 1 hour; firstly I had to prepare slides about myself and past projects and then I had two rounds of coding questions in SQL and Python. Neither were overly difficult
