Interview process was lengthy and unnecessary for the position that was applied. Too many rounds with the same person. Interviews move fast if you are identified as the top candidate.
Smooth and straightforward interview process. HR is very efficient and get back to you with the update and feedback after the second interview has been done. Thereafter, HR will immediately arrange for the necessary steps on the onboarding. 👍🏻

Interview
The interview process had 3 rounds.
1. hr prescreen.
2. Interview with pm and ceo asking about my past experience.
3. Case study to present in front of a panel (pm, ceo, and cto).
The whole process was quick and fast until I reached the last round.
I never heard back from the HR about the result of the Case study.
When I sent a follow up email she thanked me for showing interest in the company and said they will take another 2 weeks to conclude.
Well past 2 weeks, I didnt hear from them.
I think the company wasn't seriously hiring and looking for free work from candidates.
It's telling what kind of culture the company has when they HR doesn't send you any acknowledgement or email to end the whole interview process.
