I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Hudson Insurance Group (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2024
Interview
Five interviews - one on ones. All were fairly simple, conversational interviews. Most interviews were with people in the office to gauge a culture fit. Hiring manager interviews were slightly more in depth
The timeline was slightly dragged out due to multiple openings. HR took some time to get back to me but they did so. Overall was a good experience.
