Hugging Face Machine Learning Engineer interview questions

After a long long time, I was requested to record videos talking describing my vision, my ideas and ambitions about improving transformers. One of the pivotal questions posed during the interview was: "What innovative approaches do you envision for enhancing transformer efficiency and performance?"

Met head of talent who had a chat about my past experience, but decided himself that I didn't seem to genuinely be enthusiastic about the job. Interview still lasted for 45 minutes even though in hindsight it should've been cut short.
