Analytical and Technical Assessment. Excel Knowledge is must. Basic proficiency in academic and professional knowledge is required for Associate Financial Planner's role. Multiple Interview rounds to be cleared. It includes the rounds with DMs, CEO and COO.

First it was interview with with Coo and then next onto the Aptitude test then Written test then Excel test. Interview with DM Final HR round ( salary and perks discussion) Then appointment letter from the company.
