I applied and filled out the application and question prompts. Waited a few weeks and got a first round interview for the internship. Scheduled the interview and had to be ready to answer questions about the foundation and myself.

Smooth and informative interview process, straight forward questions and expectations from the beginning of the interview to the end. Encouraging questions and they were comfortable with follow up questions. Additionally, made me feel comfortable
