Completed five interviews. The first two were initial screening calls with the recruiter and the Senior Director. Then completed a panel interview of three team members followed by a final interview with the SVP.
Super easy, just asked a few basic questions about conflict management and customer service. Didn’t care much about my work history as it was very entry level, asked about my experience with the older generations and how I interact with them.
