Very enjoyable, felt more like a conversation. Asked questions about advocacy campaigns, how to differentiate advocacy from communication. Just a one on one interview, lasted about 45 minutes, felt very comfortable.

Question 1
about my experience in multicultural settings, how to communicate with people from different background.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Humanity & Inclusion (Rabat) in May 2025
Interview
Its a job position at Handicap International of Morocco. The process took 1 month after the submission. The HR called for a written test, but they didn't give any information about what the test will be about, nor the format or number of hours.
After the test, NO CONTACT ! just Ghosting from a international ONG
No email of thanking us to take time and transport to come pass the test, no email of our results, no email if the process still undergoing or stopped !
This is so unprofessional specially from humanitarian organisation that needs to deal with people.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The test was of two parts, one part of multiple direct question related to situations, definitions etc and second part was on excel. Again, nobody was present to explain what we need to do on that excel, we had to work on big sheets with millions of rows and data that we don't even understand what we need to do about.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Humanity & Inclusion (Brussels) in Jun 2022
Interview
The process was over 3 interviews including one HR interview, an interview with the line manager, then a final interview with the Director. This took nearly two months. Overall the actual interview experience was positive, however, they took far too long to get back to me and when unsuccessful they did not provide sufficient feedback.
