Human resources was at a job fair I attended at Big Sandy arena in Huntington Wv. I talked to a lot of employers and handed out a lot of resumes and Huntington Steel was interested in my previous back ground of work experience .

One phone & two in-person interviews. Very simple, direct and to the point as to the position, my personal qualifications, pay and benefits and job description, etc.
Interviewer was very informative and friendly, answered all questions I had, asked questions pertinent to the job.
Company contacted me within forty-eight hours of interview to offer me the job.
