Talked with two hiring managers, one from on-road division and one from the off-road. Interview was mostly about personality related questions and personal achievements. One hiring manager was more laid back than the other. Applicants should research the company prior to the interview to have knowledge on company history and culture.

The interview was a good experience. The staff were really friendly, they provided us lunch and helped us settle in. No technical questions but a lot of questions about your personality and how you think.
