Interview
I was contacted through E-mail to screen me by HR and then again by E-mail to set up an in-person interview. I had some conflicts, which pushed the interview back 1.5 weeks. The interview lasted 3 hours and I had 30 minute one-on-one interviews with the team and a 30 minute tour. They are filling many positions quickly and I felt like each interviewer took a personal approach until I met the head of the department. The last interview put me on the defense and quickly made me reconsider applying for the job.

Interview was of three rounds. Since I was applying for purchase role; first round was with purchase head. Then it was with engineering and quality heads. Last interview was with MD of company.
