I recently interviewed at the Hytech Noida office, beginning with an online virtual screening followed by an in-person round. The HR interactions were smooth and well-structured. However, the final interview was conducted by the Product Owner, whose focus leaned heavily toward product management and data analytics. Her perspective was inclined more to product, data, and it lacked depth in marketing and digital strategy—areas critical to the role I had applied for. Ideally, such interviews should be led by the Head of Marketing or someone with domain expertise to ensure alignment between expectations and the actual scope of the role.
