      Interview

I recently attended an on campus interview with this company, and unfortunately, my experience was not very positive. The interviewer appeared disinterested and seemed as though the interview was being conducted out of obligation rather than genuine interest. The tone felt dismissive at times, and the interaction lacked warmth and professionalism. As a candidate, especially during campus placements, we already feel nervous, so a more welcoming and respectful approach would have made a significant difference. I understand interviews can be tiring, but maintaining professionalism and basic courtesy is important, as it reflects the company culture. I hope the organization takes candidate experience seriously and works on ensuring a more respectful and engaging interview process in the future.
