I attended a face-to-face interview for a Java Developer role at IBS in Bengaluru. The process included a coding test, two technical interviews, a managerial discussion, and an HR round.

It was Walkin interview at Whitefield branch and there were 4 rounds - Coding, 2 Technical & 1 MR. Coding and 1st Technical rounds were quite smooth and interviewer were also very professional. However in technical round 2 interviewer was not having enough knowledge about Singleton class, Immutable class & basic OOPs related stuff. He was confused in his own questions and taking things on his ego. So bad experience with the interviewer
