Interview
It was a half hour with the ICF recruiter, then 1 hour with a dev and PM. Overall it was quite painless. They basically just wanted to confirm what was on my resume and get to know me a little.

Question 1
How do you approach turning requirements into use cases, what does a requirement look like to you?
3 step process with multiple questions asking about how you would problem solve for client solutions and how to communicate to non technical team members. Explaining using documentation can prove advantageous as well!
This interview contained standard questions about productivity, interests, organizational skills, values, past experiences. it was pretty standard, only one round but took a while to hear back with their decision.

Interview
Recruiter call - HM panel - Teammates. It depends on the project also. If you are not heard back from them after the 2nd interview within 1 week, high chance that you don't get the job.
