I have been working at ICF full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

ICF is a firm on the rise with good comradeship among junior staff and friendly atmosphere overall. Excellent place to start a career with possibilities to move up the ladder. The current office is bright and in an excellent location.

    Cons

The firm's name recognition deserves to be better given the quality of the services it provides and the expertise and qualifications of its employees. Not enough interaction between different lines of business. Nice social events which are a lot of fun.

I worked at ICF full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    - Friendly colleagues - Growing business within the industry

    Cons

    - No recognition for job well done - No bonus paid to hard working staff - Upper level management people only care about themselves - Upper level management only care about profit maximization - No guidance/help/training given to staff in order to do their job - Managers only care about their own prospects and their own career ladder goal - As per all large organisation, in order to cut cost and for the upper management people to 'look' like they have done a good job and for them to keep their big fat salary, they will hire juniors cheaper staff to do work and fire staff who cost more - Upper level managers get big fat bonuses while other lower level staff who actually work does do not get any bonuses
