Quite easy. The hr panel connect through whatsapp video call. It was a nice experience. They asked me about banking process and about icici bank and about myself. Did not face any problem at all
first you should complete the online examination, after the selection process like phone call or face to face interview, you should complete the two-month course like pgdbm, before joining completion of NISM exam is additional value after that you selected as a value banker with a training period of 3 month duration.
Asked about myself. Why do you want to join bank. Why do you want to join ICICI. Why after engineering you are interested in banking sector. Then they asked about banking like what is bank.
It was a one round Virtual interview Process took about 3 hours. Waited for almost 2:30 hour in the candidate waiting area section for virtual interview to begin. Questions were so easy, I’ll suggest u go in prepared with banking questioner.
